If you are looking for a HOT TUB, look no further. They offer outstanding sevice, a great product at a good price. The owner James Carmany came to my construction site on 3 different occasions to give me advice on the construction of the spa deck and as you will see from the photos it turned out beautifully. We love our hot tub thanks to Jim.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Our experience with Jim and the team at Aquatic Spas was exceptional. Jim's knowledge can't be beat. Aquatic Spas is the best of the best!!

We are thrilled with our new hot tub from Aquatic Spas. Jim was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable when we came to his showroom. He knows his product and delivers excellent service. He removed our old hot - which was set into our back deck - and put the new one in without a hitch. Highly recommend!

I found the tub I wanted in Florida and I live in Myrtle Beach, SC. Florida gave me the number to the closest dealer which was Aquatic Spas of Hilton Head. I spoke on the phone with jim, placed my order and told him when I wanted it. They made the process so easy and were very nice. They delivered my spa last Sunday and had to bring it 3 hours. They set it up quickly, explained everything and hauled off my old tub. They were very professional and I am more than happy with my choice. I LOVE my American Whirlpool 881. Thank you all for being so GREAT!

From the start Jim and Aquatic Spas have shown incredible customer service and communication. Jim very easily, helped me decide on a spa for the back yard, arrived when he said he would. Heavy lifting day, instructions and available for help. I needed filters and filter system, he walked me through it and made it easy to pick up, even though he had closed the store! 100% recommend Aquatic Spas of Hilton Head!

They did a great job of finding the perfect hot tub for our lanai, it even fit thru the birdcage door! They delivered and set it up on time, spent a good deal of time educating us on how to operate it and cleaned up after the installation was complete. Friendly folks, good price, excellent customer service. You can’t go wrong with Aquatic Spas of Hilton Head!
