I spoke on the phone with jim, placed my order and told him when I wanted it. They made the process so easy and were very nice. They delivered my spa last Sunday and had to bring it 3 hours. They set it up quickly, explained everything and hauled off my old tub. They were very professional and I am more than happy with my choice. I LOVE my American Whirlpool 881. Jim very easily, helped me decide on a spa for the back yard, arrived when he said he would. Heavy lifting day, instructions and available for help. I needed filters and filter system, he walked me through it and made it easy to pick up, even though he had closed the store! 100% recommend Aquatic Spas of Hilton Head!

They delivered and set it up on time, spent a good deal of time educating us on how to operate it and cleaned up after the installation was complete.
