We recently moved to Margaritaville from Ohio and brought our Bullfrog hot tub with us. We had to extend our lanai and cage it in and needed a place to store our hot tub while the work was being done. AS&M was recommended. They stored our spa and assisted me in getting an electrician to hook it up after they brought it back. It was a bonus when I found out that they also sell and service Bullfrog spas, being that we absolutely love this brand! I highly recommend them!

We were cautious buyers and shopped around extensively. Jim (and Sandy) were by far the most knowledgeable and responsive to our (too many) questions. The only thing they didn't do was pressure us in any way Wrote down stuff for us - others wouldn't commit in writing. Installation was watching a well- organized pair of dancers 'come toward me 2 inches', 'a foot to the right on your end.' Rarely have I seen people communicate that well. The impression was professionalism and organization. Jim showed up when he said he would. He communicated clearly and often. He builds his business by word of mouth so here's my endorsement. If you don't check out his showroom and talk to them, you are doing yourself a disservice.

I purchased a spa from Aquatic Spa two years ago and had great sales and installation from this company. Recently while cleaning my spa, my hunting dog chased a lizard into the housing and pulled out and damaged a significant amount of tubing. Aquatic Spa took control and meticulously replaced and corrected all the damage. Great customer service and professionalism.

From first contact to final delivery, the owner (James) and his staff were a pleasure to deal with. As novices with no real clue what we were looking for, James took a keen interest in ensuring we were educated on the products before we selected the hot tub for us. He was patient as we asked a lot of questions and answered in plain english that we could understand. When it came to selecting our hot tub, he didn't try to push us towards his most expensive lines; rather he recommended a tub that met all our needs without breaking the bank. Delivery and setup were handled without any unnecessary drama. He got us in touch with an electrical contractor to complete the connection. Once the electric was connected, he stopped by to walk us through all of the features and maintenance requirements of the tub. Overall we could not be more pleased with our dealings with this company. Highly recommend you give them a shot to earn your business...you won't be sorry.

These guys are the best. Jim came pretty quick despite being super busy. My 3 yr old spa was down and he fixed it, had the parts on the truck. Very knowledgeable that the motor I had was from China, made sure he replaced it with one of better quality. He was empathetic that my house is a rental (and I live far away) - he took care of a few other things on the spot so I wouldn't have to call him again in a couple of months. Pricing is very reasonable. Wish I had bought my tub from Aquatic too!

I bought a cold tub, it's awesome, the delivery was spot on, he showed up when he said he was put it in place gave me a rundown on how to use it. I couldn't ask for anything more in a sale. If you like cold tubs that's the place to go.

James made the search for a spa a wonderful experience! I had so many questions and he took interest in what we wanted in a spa for our family to make a recommendation that was spot on! He wasn’t trying to pushing the most expensive spa but rather one that fit our family. He also answered all our questions about electrical even connected with the electrician to answer his questions too. The entire experience was one I’d rate 10 stars if we could.

Jim does a great job. Great advice, dependable service. I feel very comfortable dealing with him and his company. He takes care of his customers first. If somebody complains it is usually someone that bought the hottub somewhere else and wants him to repair it.

If I could give this review 10 stars I would. we came into the store looking to buy a spa. we ended up buying a spa and an outdoor kitchen. What truly amazed me was Jim (the owner) attention to detail in not only the purchase but the delivery and installation. He truly cares that his customers as 100% satisfied. He kept me informed throughout the ordering, delivery and set up process. Worked with me and the wife to make sure both the spa and the Outdoor kitchen was exactly what we wanted and needed. Prices were more than fair and reasonable. Given his attention to detail and customer satisfaction, I know he will stand behind his product if anything were to ever go wrong. We had an existing round spa that was 12 years old and needed replacing. Unfortunately, three-quarters of the exterior wall of the spa was enclosed in a 2 1/2" high brick wall that was exactly 77.5" in diameter. I figured finding a replacement might be impossible and we'd have to tear down the wall to accommodate a new one. Happily, after a Google search, we found Jim at Aquatic Spas of Hilton Head. Jim who represents several companies with round spas, found one with the exact dimensions. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products he represented and was extremely helpful guiding us in the selection of the right features, colors and cover. A few weeks later, Joe came to our house and removed the old spa and hauled it away. Jim and Joe returned a week later and with much patience and some back-breaking effort, managed to lowered the new spa into place with no room to spare. Everything was hooked up properly and Jim carefully reviewed everything we needed to know about our new spa. Our total experience with Aquatic Spas was five-star all the way, far exceeding our expectations. Jim and Joe are really fun people and very experienced professional. I found the tub I wanted in Florida and I live in Myrtle Beach, SC. Florida gave me the number to the closest dealer which was Aquatic Spas of Hilton Head. I just had my Jacuzzi Spa serviced by Jim and I must say he is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I needed a pump replaced which was extremely difficult and Jim persevered. I highly recommend him for service and when I need a new tub he is at the top of the list.

I have had 4 spas in the last 40 years and my how things have changed in the industry. My first 2 spas were basically DIY. I installed natural gas pool heaters instead of electric heat. 20 years ago I got my first fully electric. Poor insulation made it too costly to keep warm 24/7 so it was turned on only as needed with 6 hours of heat up time. Fast forward to today and I found the electric spas are generations better. However my confidence in spa vendors was right up there with waterbed salesmen and politicians. That is until I met James, the owner of Aquatic Spas. His knowledge, easy going manner, enthusiasm for his products made me a big fan. He carries excellent spa products. After careful research we chose the Vita Sensation. OMG what a wonderful spa. It comes with an ozoneator to purify the water and Jim threw in a Frog Ease chlorine dispenser. We have enjoyed this every night and it is still crystal clear. I was a total hot tub novice walking in to Aquatic Spas. I got great answers to questions and terrific recommendations based on the size unit I wanted. The salesman, Ken, never did anything but offer helpful answers and explanations. No high pressure, no trying to get me to buy more hot tub than I wanted. Jim, the owner, has been terrific after the sale as well. He was very willing to work on my schedule for delivery and remains my hot tub guru after the sale with quick answers to my mundane questions. At installation he spent all the time unneeded to make sure it was in exactly the spot I wanted and answering questions and showing me how to maintain the unit safely. The shop is a little off the main road so follow directions or your GPS if you aren’t familiar with the area. Our trip there to get more opinions and answers was the perfect stop to make. We are very pleased.

Bought a used Spa from the owner, Jim, and I have had nothing but a fantastic experience. Honest, up front and great pricing. James took the time to come to the house, install the Spa and teach me about all the functions and maintenance. I've had some issues (caused by me, not the spa) and James called me back quickly and took the time to explain what to do to remedy. He's also been by the house to service some items. I've recommended to all my friends. Don't buy from a big warehouse, buy from Aquatic Spas and get the personal service and treatment. If I buy another one it will be from James no questions asked.
